About Us

Momentum Movement, co-founded by Lizzy Aguilera and Elyssa Vega, is dedicated to motivating, educating, and elevating today’s generation of dancers. We believe that while the dance world is an ever-progressing industry, the key to success is laying a strong dance foundation rooted in proper technique, strong work ethic, and an emphasis on maintaining a love of dance in order to achieve excellence. It is our primary mission to create an energetic atmosphere and healthy team culture to inspire our students to work to their fullest potential during their time with us and beyond.
